CARE International Yemen invites qualified and interested companies to submit quotations to obtain tender documents from the office at the address below during the organizations working hours (from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM) from Sunday to Thursday, for a non-refundable fee of 10,000 Yemeni Riyals per tender. Bids must be submitted signed and sealed in a sealed envelope sealed with red wax. Bids must be accompanied by the following: · An unconditional bank guarantee in the amount of $2,000, valid for 120 days from the date of opening the envelopes.(from 07\Jan\2026 to 06\May\2026) The guarantee must be issued by an accredited, official and active bank. · A copy of a valid tax card · A copy of the valid commercial register. · A copy of a valid Zakat card · The price quote must be valid for 6 MONTHS. · The applicant must have relevant experience in carrying out similar work and working with other organizations or entities in the same field. · The bid must contain a technical offer and a financial offer in separate envelopes as described in the BOQs and tender instructions and must be signed or sealed, unless the bid will be excluded from the competition. · The bid will be submitted in dollars and payment will be in dollars. · The papers for tender can be obtained by coming to the office through the above address at working hours until the last date on Sunday 28/12/2025. · If you have any inquiries or comments, please send them via email ([email protected] ) by Sunday 28 -12-2025.
