Tenders are invited for Procurement of Supply, Testing, and Commissioning of Brand- New Diesel Generators for the Faculty of Medicine, Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Project Director, Construction of Faculty of Medicine Project at the Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka Ministry of Education, Higher Education and Vocational Education (Higher Education Division), No. 18 Ward Place, Colombo 07, Sri Lanka (Contact No +94 773 721 021) or Procurement Officer (071 - 0620781) and inspect the Bidding Documents at the same address between 9.00 am and 3.00 pin from 16/12/2025 to 11/12/2026. A complete set of Bidding Documents (Soft Copy) in the English language may be purchased by interested bidders upon submission of a written application to The Project Director, Construction of Faculty of Medicine Project, Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Sri Lankan Rupees Twenty Thousand (LKR 20,000.00). The payment shall be made either in cash or by bank deposit to the following account: Account Name: Construction of Faculty of Medicine Project - Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka. Account No.: 0007040656. Bank: Bank of Ceylon. Branch: 453 - Independent Square. Upon payment of the non-refundable fee, bidders shall email the proof of payment (scanned copy of the bank deposit slip) to [email protected] in order to obtain the soft copy of the Bidding Documents. The documents will be issued only upon confirmation of payment and shall be available for purchase from 16/12/2025 up to 3.00 p.m. on 11/01/2026. (One set of documents will be issued covering all items.). No liability shall be accepted for any loss or late delivery of the documents.
