Order Type: Delivery. The Subject Of The Order Is: Supply Of A Centrifuge With Cooling. The Laboratory Centrifuge Must Be Compatible With Rotors And Accessories Owned By The Ordering Party And Manufactured By Sigma. The Ordering Party Requires That The Centrifuge Offered By The Contractor Is Fully Compatible With Them (I.E. Has The Ability To Use The Rotors Already In Its Possession And Accessories Intended For Them: Adapters, Centrifuge Bottles, Centrifuge Tubes) And Enables Proper Cooperation And Communication With The Devices And Accessories Owned By The Ordering Party. A Detailed Description Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Detailed Scope Of Obligations To Perform The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Contract Template (Which Constitutes The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Within The Meaning Of Article 281(1)(7) Of The Act On Public Procurement, Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz. The Order Is To Be Executed With Due Care And In Accordance With All Requirements Contained In The Swz With Annexes And Any Information For Contractors. At The Stage Of Order Execution, The Contractor Performs The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party. The Offer Must Be Clear And Comprehensive, I.E. Cover The Entire Scope Of The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit An Offer Whose Content Will Allow The Ordering Party To Verify The Offer In Terms Of Its Compliance With The Content Of The Swz. The Content Of The Contractors Offer Must Correspond To The Content Of The Specification Of The Order Conditions. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New (Unused), Undamaged, Not Displayed, Bearing No Signs Of Damage Or Use, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, And Cannot Be Subject To The Rights Of Third Parties. The Subject Of The Order Must Meet All Applicable Legal Safety Standards Of Polish And European Union Regulations, Have All Legally Required Approvals And Approvals And Markings In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, And Is To Be Delivered In Original Factory Packaging. The Ordering Party Requires The Submission Of Evidence In The Form Of Catalog Cards For The Offered Equipment. By Catalog Card, The Ordering Party Understands Technical Specifications, Safety Data Sheets, Descriptions - Also From Websites, Prepared By The Product Manufacturer, Which Are To Contain A Description Of The Product Consistent With The Ordering Partys Requirements. These Documents Are To Be Described In A Way That Leaves No Doubt To The Ordering Party As To What Equipment They Are Dedicated To, In Particular By Indicating The Name, Catalog Number, Manufacturer Or Other Features Unique To This Product That Clearly Identify The Offered Product.
