Tenders Are Invited For Renovations Of Vacant Residential Premises Located In Apartment Buildings, Constituting The Resources Of The Municipality Managed And Administered By Zgm Tbs In Częstochowa Sp. Z O. O. And Preparation Of Energy Performance Certificates For The Renovation Of Premises
1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of Vacant Residential Premises Located In Residential Buildings, Constituting The Municipal Resource Of The Commune Managed And Administered By The Housing Management Department, Towarzystwo Budownictwa Społecznego In Częstochowa Spółka Z O.O. Street Polskiej Agencja Wojskowej 24, 42-200 Częstochowa And Preparation Of Energy Performance Certificates For Each Renovated Premises - In The Area Of Operation Of The Operations Department At Ul. Nowowiejskiego 26 In Częstochowa - Premises At: Ul. Focha 63/65 M 1, Ul. Drzymały 3 M 13, Ul. Pułaskiego 59/65 M 64, Ul. Sobieskiego 19A M 12.2. The Scope Of Implementation Covered By The Subject Of The Order Is Determined By The Bills Of Quantities - Attachments No. 7.1.1) To No. 7.1.4) To The Swz And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) Common To All Premises - Appendix No. 8 To The Swz. In The Offer Price, The Contractor Must Include All Costs Necessary To Complete The Order, Resulting Directly From The Swz, As Well As Those Not Included In It, And Without Which The Order Cannot Be Performed. Note! The Bills Of Quantities Constituting Attachments To This Swz Are Only Supporting Material For The Contractor In Determining The Lump-Sum Price(S). The Quantities And Descriptions Of Individual Items In The Bill Of Quantities Should Not Be Treated As Definitively Defining The Requirements For A Given Work. Even If The Bill Of Quantities Does Not Include The Entire Scope Of Works, The Works Must Be Valued And Performed In Accordance With: Stwiorb And Applicable Technical Regulations, Technical Knowledge, Provisions In This Tor. Therefore, Before Commencing The Proceedings, The Contractor May Conduct A Local Inspection Of The Places Where The Works Will Be Performed. Carrying Out A Site Visit Is Not Obligatory. The Offer Of A Contractor Who Does Not Carry Out An On-Site Inspection Will Not Be Rejected. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor To Check The Documents Necessary To Complete The Order, Referred To In Art. 131 Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Law, Except For Those Provided In This Swz And Its Annexes.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare An Energy Performance Certificate For The Renovated Premises Based On The Act Of August 29, 2014 On The Energy Performance Of Buildings (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 101).4. Acting In Accordance With Art. 95 Section 1 And 2 Point 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractors To Employ, Under An Employment Relationship, Persons Performing The Following Activities Within The Scope Of Contract Execution, If The Performance Of These Activities Involves Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code, Including: 1) They Will Perform Actual Activities Related To The Subject Of The Contract Described In The Bill Of Quantities And Stwiorb, I.E.
