1. The Purpose Of This Order Is To Select A Contractor To Provide Design Services For The Reconstruction Of An Old Building In Kędzierzyn-Koźle, Including In Particular: 1) Preparation Of Pre-Design Studies: A) Geodetic Studies, B) Construction And Installation Inventory Of The Existing Building - Update, C) Technical Expertise Of The Existing Building - Update 2) Development Of A Variant Program And Spatial Concept And Obtaining Positive Approval; 3) Preparation Of A Program Of Conservation Works And Architectural And Archaeological Works Together With Obtaining Appropriate Decisions Of Owkz;2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of A Concept Solving Problems Related To The Reconstruction Of The Old Building. Lamus Is A Building From The Second Half Of The 16Th Century That Served As A Warehouse And Utility Facility. This Building Is Adjacent To The Entrance Pavilion To The Castles Basement From The South, From The West By The Relic Of The Residential Tower, And From The North By The Building Of A Residential Tenement House, Which Is Partly Built On The Walls Of The Old Building. Over The Years, The Facility Has Been Rebuilt Many Times. This Is Evidenced By Traces Of Vaults And Window Recesses. Currently, The Western And Eastern Walls Have Been Preserved. During The Renovation Of The Castle Basements, The Southern Wall Was Reconstructed. The Northern Wall Was Demolished During The Construction Of The Tenement House, In The Basement Part Of The Loft Is Connected To The Tenement House. The Eastern And Western Walls Were Not Connected To The Tenement House Wall. The Interior Of The Lama Is Divided Into Several Parts. The Barrel Vault Over The Southern Basement, Made Of Solid Brick With Lime Mortar, Has Been Preserved. This Vault Was Supported By Boards On Dowels And Stamped. According To The Expert Opinion Of The Ordering Party, The Vault Is In Poor Technical Condition. Above The Central Basement There Is A Barrel Vault Made Of Solid Brick With Lime Mortar. Secondly, It Was Supported Along The Key By A Partition Wall And Supported Like A Vault Over The Southern Part. This Vault Is Also In Poor Technical Condition. Above The Basement, In The Southern And Central Parts, Part Of The Partition Wall Separating The Room Has Been Preserved. The Vaults Over The Basements In The Northern Part Have Not Survived - There Are Traces Of These Vaults On The Walls. The Northern Part Is The Largest Of The Ruins, With The Remains Of A Brick Floor, A Wall And Two Pillars, And Holes In The Walls Where Beams Were Placed. In This Room There Are The Remains Of Stairs Leading To The First Floor Of The Building. The Oldest Preserved Illustrations Indicate That The Loft Had A Gable Roof. Due To Its Poor Technical Condition, The Building Was Protected At The Turn Of 2012-2013 Against Further Impact Of Weather And Biological Factors By Cutting Down Trees And Shrubs In The Interior And Covering The Entire Building With A Temporary Roof.
