1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Which Includes: A) Demolition And Dismantling Works, B) Replacement Of Windows And External Doors Without Changing The Dimensions And Number Of Openings, C) Renovation Of The Roof Covering Together With Sheet Metal Work - Removal Of Existing Layers Of Roofing And Insulation, And Construction Of New Insulation And Membrane Covering; D) Renovation Of The Roof Over The External Stairs To The Basement With Replacement Of Structural Elements; E) Renovation Of Chimneys; F) Renovation Of Roofs Over The Entrances To The Building;G) Insulation Of The Facade And Roof In The Building Up To 12M;H) Renovation And Reconstruction Of The Lightning Protection System In The Existing Building;I) Replacement And Installation Of Lighting Fixtures On The Facade;J) Construction Of A Rk) Renovation Of The Cladding Of External Stairs. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform The Works In Accordance With The Guidelines Contained In The Energy Audit As Well As The Design Documentation, The Main Objective Of Which Is To Minimize The Negative Impact On The Environment, In In Particular: A) Insulating Partitions With Hard Facade Mineral Wool For Plastering: - External Walls Of The Teaching Part - With A 20 Cm Thick Layer Of Mineral Wool With A Thermal Conductivity Coefficient Of Max. Λ = 0.040 W/Mk, U = 0.17 W/M2k. - External Walls Of The Northern Part - With A 15 Cm Thick Layer Of Mineral Wool With A Thermal Conductivity Coefficient Max.Λ=0.040 W/Mk, U=0.17 W/M2k.B) Flat Roofs On Trough Slabs - Hard Roofing Mineral Wool, Thick. 30 Cm, Attached With Dowels To Existing Roof Layers With A Thermal Conductivity Coefficient Of Max. Λ=0.038 W/Mk, U=0.12 W/M2k.C) Pvc Windows With Umax Coefficient. 0.9 W/(M2*K), Windows Equipped With Pressure Vents, Some Windows Equipped With External Blinds.
