The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Professional Products For Dishwashers, Convection Ovens And Coffee Machines To The Facilities Of The Wrocław Nursery Complex. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Delivered To The Facilities Indicated In Annex No. 3 To The Draft Agreement (Annex 5 To Swz)14. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Specified In: Assortment And Price Form - Annex No. 1A To The Swz, Which Includes, Among Others: Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Unit Of Measurement And Quantity. 15. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Implemented In Accordance With The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party, The Assortment Specified In The Assortment Form Will Be Ordered Successively For A Period Of 10 Months. Successively For 10 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract. The Contract Will Be Valid Until One Of Two Events Occurs: A) The Contract Amount Is Used Up B) The Deadline For Which The Contract Was Concluded Expires.
