. Subject Of The Order: A) Preparation And Delivery Of A Hot One-Course Lunch For Seniors At The Senior + Day Care Home In Strzegom Within A Period Of 12 Months, I.E. From The Date Of Signing The Contract To December 31, 2026, In Accordance With The Standards Specified In The Food And Nutrition Safety Act Of August 25, 2006. (Journal Of Laws 2023, Item 1448). The Meals Must Be Prepared In Strict Compliance With The Recommendations Of The Chief Sanitary Inspector B) Providing Services Consisting In Preparing And Serving A Hot One-Course Lunch Meal For Secondary School Students And Persons Entitled Under The Act On Social Assistance From The Area Of The City And Commune Of Strzegom - In The Premises Indicated By The Contractor In Strzegom Within A Period Of 12 Months, I.E. From The Date Of Signing The Contract To December 31, 2026 In Accordance With With The Standards Specified In The Food And Nutrition Safety Act Of August 25, 2006. (Journal Of Laws 2023, Item 1448). Meals Must Be Prepared In Strict Compliance With The Recommendations Of The Chief Sanitary Inspector 2. The Meals Should Be Nutritionally Complete And Diverse. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare Meals Of Good Quality And Of Reliable Weight. The Required Energy Value Of One Meal Is 30% Of The Daily Energy Requirement. The Estimated Number Of Meals Per Day Is Approximately 25 - 30 Pieces, Delivered By The Contractor To The Senior+ Day Care Home In Strzegom At Ul. Armii Krajowej 23, And Approximately 5 - 20 Pieces In The Place Indicated By The Contractor In The City Of Strzegom. The Actual Number Of Meals Will Result From The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party And May Change Depending On The Number Of People Covered By The Service, But The Contractor Will Not Make Any Claims Or Demand Financial Compensation If The Amount Is Lower Than Estimated, In The Event Of Increased Illness Or Absence Of Persons Entitled To Use The Meals. The Ordering Party Has The Right To Limit The Number Of Meals And To Notify The Contractor Of Such A Fact. 3. In The Event Of A Breakdown Or Other Unforeseen Events That Make It Impossible To Prepare Meals, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Dry Lunch Worth The Price Of The Meal In Exchange For The Meal. As Part Of The Remuneration, The Contractor Delivers Meals Using Its Own Transport That Meets The Sanitary And Technical Requirements For Food Transport. Transport Of Packaged Meals Should Take Place In Appropriate, Intended For This Purpose, Insulating Containers Certified By The Institute Of Hygiene. The Quality Of Meals And The Method Of Delivery Must Meet The Requirements Of The State Sanitary And Epidemiological Station. The Contractor Guarantees That The Price Of Meals Served Will Remain Unchanged Throughout The Duration Of The Contract. 4. The Offer Will Be Valid From Monday To Friday, Excluding Holidays. A Hot Meal Will Be Delivered: • Between: From 11:00 - 12:00 For The Senior Day Care Home + • At From 2:00 P.M. To 4:00 P.M. For Secondary School Stud
