English Version Belowthe Subject Of The Order Is The Production Of Specially Designed Acc. Design Of Iwc Pan, Disc Springs For High-Pressure Ammonothermal Devices (Autoclave) A-12. The Springs Will Be Made By The Contractor From A Special And Certified Material Inconel 718/Alloy718 Based On The Prepared Technical Documentation Of Iwc Pan And The Individual Technical Requirements Of The Ordering Party. The Manufactured Disc Springs Will Be Tested To Determine Their Mechanical Properties Based On Specific Technical Requirements Presented In The Technical Documentation. The Subject Of The Proceedings In The Next Stage Will Be Completed In 4 Sets Constituting The So-Called Spring Stays As Structural And Sealing Elements For The Closure Of A-12 Autoclaves.The Subject Of The Contract Is The Manufacture Of Specially Designed Disc Springs According To The Iwc Pan Design For High-Pressure Ammonothermal Devices (Autoclaves) A-12. The Springs Will Be Manufactured By The Contractor From Special, Certified Inconel 718/Alloy718 Material Based On Technical Documentation Prepared By Iwc Pan And The Individual Technical Requirements Of The Ordering Party. The Manufactured Disc Springs Will Be Subjected To Tests Determining Their Mechanical Properties Based On The Specific Technical Requirements Set Out In The Technical Documentation. In The Next Stage, The Subject Of The Proceedings Will Be Completed In Sets Of 4 Pieces Constituting So-Called “Spring Lashings” As Structural And Sealing Elements For The Closure Of Autoclaves A-12.
