The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Provision Of Catering Services For The Needs Of: Galas And Conferences. The Order Covers The Provision Of Catering Services In Connection With The Implementation Of The Project Talented From Pomerania - Regional Support Co-Financed By The European Union Under The European Funds For Pomerania 2021-2027 Program, Including The Provision Of Catering Services Consisting In The Delivery Of Coffee And Lunch Sets In The City Of Gdańsk. The Estimated Number Of Coffee And Lunch Sets Is: In March 2026 - 300 Sets And In June 2026 - 200 Sets. The Provision Of Catering Services Includes: Preparation, Delivery And Serving Of Meals In Places Indicated By The Ordering Party. As Part Of The Services Provided, The Contractor Will Provide Catering Successively, In Accordance With The Needs Reported Each Time By The Ordering Party For A Given Meeting. The Detailed Scope Of Services Is Specified In Annex No. 8 - Description Of The Subject Of The Order.
