The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Comprehensive Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Thermal Modernization And Reconstruction Of The Relax Sports Hall, In Particular The Subject Of The Order Includes The Performance Of: 1) An Energy And Lighting Audit Developed On The Basis Of Applicable Standards And Regulations, 2) A Mycological And Construction Certificate Regarding The External Walls, Foundation And Basement Walls Of The Building, 3) A Technical Expert Opinion On The State Of Fire Protection Of The Building, Adapting The Building To The Current Fire Protection Regulations, Agreed With The State Fire Service In Piotrków,4) Architectural And Construction Inventory Of The Building Along With Sanitary And Technical Facilities,5) Assessment Of The Technical Condition Of The Building Verifying The Scope Of Work - With Particular Emphasis On The Facades And Roofs, Along With The Possibility Of Adapting The Building For Disabled People,6) Technical Expertise On The Load-Bearing Capacity And Thickness Of Plasters, Taking Into Account The Possibility Of Making New Plastered Electrical Installations,7) Visualization - A Minimum Of 4 External Shots For All Walls Of The Building,8) Maps For Design Purposes (Matrices) Prepared By Geodetic Laboratory,9) Possible Arrangements And Necessary Technical Conditions With Network Operators Necessary To Perform The Task In Question,10) Natural Inventory, Ornithological And Chiropterological Inventory, The Need To Perform Which Will Be Revealed In The Design Phase To The Extent Necessary To Obtain Possible Administrative Decisions,11) Multi-Sector Construction Design Together With A Set Of Opinions, Arrangements And Checks Of Design Solutions To The Extent Specified In The Regulations,12) Multi-Sector Executive Design For Each Industry, 13) Bills Of Quantities Of Construction Works And Investor Cost Estimates For Individual Industries, 14) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works With A Detailed Description Of The Designed Building Materials For Individual Industries Along With The Criteria For The Equivalence Of The Construction Products Used, 15) Information On The Safety And Health Protection Plan, 16) Designs For Solutions To Conflicts, In The Event Of Their Occurrence, 17) Preparation Of Documents And Arrangements Necessary For The Contractor To Obtain Appropriate Administrative Decisions And Their Obtaining, Including: A Decision On The Conditions Of Development And Land Development Or A Decision On The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment, A Building Permit, Consent To Implement The Investment Project In Question,18) Complete Design Documentation And Submission To The Appropriate Architectural And Construction Authority After Obtaining Approval By The Ordering Party In Order To Obtain A Building Permit Decision Or To Report Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit,19) Draft Instructions For The Operation And Use Of New Devices Constituting
