The Expected Annual Demand For Fuels Is: - Unleaded Petrol Pb - 95 - Approx. 3,550 Liters - Diesel Oil On - Approx. 54,600 Liters Estimated Annual Demand For Fuel In Individual Organizational Units Is: Social Welfare Home Gryfice - 1,600 Liters (On) 50 Liters (Pb 95) District Roads Authority Gryfice - 50,000 Liters (On) 1 500 Liters (Pb 95) Gryfice County Office - 3,000 Liters (On) 2,000 Liters (Pb 95) 2. The Given Quantity May Be Reduced According To The Consumption Needs During The Term Of The Contract. Reducing The Scope Of The Order Does Not Constitute Grounds For Claiming Any Claims From The Contractor For This Reason. 3. The Scope Of The Order Will Be Transferred On The Terms Specified In The Contract.4. Fuel Will Be Sold On The Basis Of Purchase Records, E.G. Wz Or Another System For Recording Receipt, E.G. Electronic. The Contractor Is Required To Issue Proof Of Purchase, Which Will Include Quantity, Unit Price, Amount To Be Paid And Confirmation Of Receipt.5. The Contractor Will Grant A Discount On The Purchase Price In The Amount Presented In The Tender Offer.6. At The Point Of Sale, The Contractor Will Keep Records Of Fuels Purchased And Issued To The Ordering Party.7. The Records Must Include: - Date Of Purchase - Registration Number Of The Ordering Car, - Type And Quantity Of Fuel Issued, - Value After Discount Of The Purchased Fuel - Legible Signature Of The Recipient8. Fuels Must Meet The Requirements Contained In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of June 26, 2024 On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels (Journal Of Laws 2024, Item 1018) And Must Comply With The Requirements Of The Following Standards: - Pn-En 590:2022-08 For Diesel Oil - Pn-En 228+A1:2017-06 For Gasoline Unleaded.9. Place Of Cashless Fuel Collection At Gas Stations In The City Of Gryfice.10. The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate The Location For Fuel Collection In Gryfice.11. Fuel Will Be Purchased At The Contractors Gas Station Directly Into The Tanks Of Vehicles Or Equipment (Canisters) According To Current Demand On The Basis Of Non-Cash Transactions At Prices Applicable At The Distributor, Less A Discount. 12. In Order To Implement The Contract, The Contractor Will Conclude Contracts With Appropriate Organizational Units. Payment Of Amounts Due For Non-Cash Transactions Will Be Made By The Organizational Units Of The District To Which Sales Will Be Made (Section 1) By Transfer Within 30 Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Invoice And Purchase Records. The Settlement Of Purchased Fuel Will Take Place Twice A Month For The Period 01-15 Of Each Month And From The 16Th To The Last Day Of Each Month.13. The Unit Prices
