The Subject Of The Order Is To Provide 24-Hour Shelter For Homeless People (Women, Men) Whose Last Place Of Permanent Residence Is The Pisz Commune (Based On Article 48A(1) In Connection With Article 101(2) Of The Act Of March 12, 2004 On Social Assistance (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1214, As Amended) And Those In Need Of Shelter, Whose Place Of Residence Is The Pisz Commune.2. The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into The Following Two Parts: 1) Part 1 - Providing Shelter Services For Homeless People From The Pisz Commune2) Part 2 - Providing Shelter Services For Homeless People From The Pisz Commune With Care Services.3. The Estimated Number Of Homeless People (In 2026) Will Be: For Part 1 - Max 4 People - Expected Stay 365 Days, 4. Due To The Specificity Of The Subject Of The Order, The Actual Number Of People To Whom Shelter Services Will Be Provided Will Depend On The Actual Number Of People Who Require Assistance In This Form. The Ordering Party Allows For The Possibility Of Reducing Or Increasing The Number Of People, Which May Not Affect The Submitted Offers.5. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Immediately Inform The Ordering Party If The Person Placed There Leaves The Facility6. On Social Assistance (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1214, As Amended) B) The Subject Of The Order Is To Provide, Throughout The Entire Order Implementation Period, 7 Days A Week, A 24-Hour Temporary Shelter Along With Full Board And The Provision Of The Necessary Social Conditions And Services Aimed At Strengthening Social Activity, Overcoming Homelessness And Gaining Independent Living For Homeless People Referred By The Municipal And Communal Aid Center.
