The Subject Of The Proceedings Is The Provision Of A Catering Service Entitled: Preparation And Delivery Of Food For 23 People Staying At The Prelate Adam Drewniak Care And Housing Center In Krzemienna.2. The Order Will Be Processed 7 Days A Week From January 1, 2026. Until December 31, 2026 For 13 People Staying 24 Hours A Day (Monday To Sunday, Including All Holidays) And For 10 People Staying Daily (From Monday To Friday, Excluding Holidays).3. Three Solid Meals: I.E.: - Breakfast - 13 Meals, - Lunch (Two-Course, I.E. Soup - Weight Not Less Than 250 Ml, Second Course - Weight Not Less Than 350 G), 23 Meals, - Dinner - 13 Meals, - Afternoon Snack - 13 Meals4. The Ordering Party Anticipates The Following Number Of Meal Sets: - 4,745 (13 People X 365 Days), I.E. Breakfast - 4,745 (13 People X 365 Days), I.E. Lunch - 4,745 (13 People X 365 Days), I.E. Dinner - 2,510 (10 People X 251 Days), I.E. Lunch - 4,745 (13 People X 365 Days) I.E. Afternoon Snack. Total Number Of Lunches (In The Period From 01/01/2026 To 31/12/2026) – 7,255.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Maintain The Appropriate Temperature Of The Delivered Meals: - Soup At A Temperature Of 750C (+/-30C) - Second Course At A Temperature Of 650C (+/-30C).6. The Number Of Meals Delivered May Depend On The Attendance Of Participants, Therefore The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Increase Or Reduce The Number Of Meals Delivered During The Service.7. Deliveries (Two-Day Lunch And Food Products For Breakfast And Dinner) Will Be Made Once A Day At 11.30 - 12.30. In Special Situations, The Ordering Party May Change The Meal Delivery Times One Day In Advance.
