1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Transportation Of Students To Schools In The Sobolew Commune. It Includes The Provision Of A Service Consisting In Regular Transport Of Children To Educational Institutions Located In The Sobolew Commune, As Well As Taking Them Back To Their Places Of Residence After Classes - On School Days, Except For School Holidays.2. Terms Of Service Provision: Providing A Transport Service Consisting Of Transport To And From: A) Public Primary School In Sobolewo - Approx. 104 Students (The Number Of Students May Be Increased Or Decreased By 10 Persons Per Year); B) School And Kindergarten Complex In Gończyce And The Primary School In Sokół - Approx. 115 Students (The Number Of Students May Be Increased Or Decreased By 10 Persons);3. Approximately 1,500 Kilometers Are Expected To Be Covered In One Week Of The Service (Including: Arrival And Departure Of Students). On A Monthly Basis, It Is Estimated That A Minimum Of 5,341 Kilometers Have Been Traveled.4. The Contractor Must Provide: A) At Least Two Vehicles On The Route To/From The Public Primary School In Sobolewo, Two Vehicles With A Minimum Of 52 Seats, B) At Least Two Vehicles On The Route To/From The School And Kindergarten Complex In Gończyce And The Primary School In Sokół, One With A Minimum Of 52 Seats, The Other Vehicle With A Minimum Of 25 Seats,5. Students Must Be Transported Only By Means Of Transport That Meet The Following Requirements: 6. Vehicles Used To Transport Students Must Have A Current Technical Inspection And Third Party Liability Insurance7. Vehicles Transporting Students Should Have Seat Belts,8. Vehicles Transporting Students Should Have Markings Indicating That They Are Intended For Transporting Students, 9. Vehicles Must Have An Efficient Heating System In The Autumn And Winter, And Efficient Air Conditioning In The Summer, 10. Vehicles Must Have An Emergency First Aid Kit And Two Fire Extinguishers, One Of Which Should Be Placed As Close To The Driver As Possible, And The Other Inside The Vehicle In A Place Accessible In The Event Of A Need To Use It, 11. Vehicles Must Have A Sufficient Number Of Seats Adapted To The Number Of Transported Students, 12. The Contractor Is Obliged To Organize Replacement Transport In The Event Of A Vehicle Breakdown Or Drivers Indisposition, And The Replacement Transport Cannot Differ From The Standard And Safety Of The Vehicle Approved For Transporting Students. 13. The Ordering Party Will Provide Care For Students During Transport.
