The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction And Renovation Works Related To The Renovation Of Building No. 61 On The Premises Of Jw. In The Town Of Przasnysz, In The Following Scope: 1) Roof Renovation: - Insulating The Flat Roof With Polystyrene Laminated On One Side (12 Cm); - Covering The Flat Roof With Thermally Weldable Felt (Underlay And Surface); - Underpinning And Raising Fire Walls Together With Plastering; - Dismantling, Renovation And Reassembly Of Roof Ventilators; - Galvanized Sheet Metal Flashings Coated; - Cleaning And Painting The Stairs On The Roof; 2) Renovation Of External Walls: - Chipping Off Plasters In Places Of Burns And Filling Them With New Plaster; - Preparing The Facade For Painting, Through Minor Repairs And Cleaning The Walls - Painting The Facade Twice; - Cleaning And Painting External Steel Doors (5 Pcs); 3) Window Joinery: - Removing Old Door Frames From The Wall And Disposing Of Them; - Installation Of Aluminum Windows Including The Processing Of Jambs (7 Pcs); - Installation Of Pvc Windows Together With The Processing Of Jambs (29 Pcs); - Installation Of External Window Sills Made Of Coated Sheet Metal; 4) Painting Inside The Building: - Preparing The Walls For Painting By Scraping Off The Old Paint, Minor Repairs And Priming; - Painting The Walls Twice With Latex Paint; - Painting The Staircase Paneling; - Cleaning And Painting The Steel And Wooden Internal Doors (8 Pcs); 5) Lightning Protection Installation: - Installation Of Vertical Air Terminals On The Walls And Horizontal Air Terminals On The Roof; - Installation Of Control Connectors In The Grounding And Lightning Protection Installation; - Measurement Of The Lightning Protection Installation (Test Report); 6) Other: - Construction Of Covers For Heating Pipes Outside The Building (3 Pcs); - Demolition Of A Concrete Wall Next To The Building; - Management Of Construction Waste.
