During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order (For The Absolute Duration Of The Works), The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Employees With An Archive Of A Social Container That Meets The Requirements Described In Annex No. 10 To The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement (Hereinafter Referred To As Ppu), Which Constitute Annex No. 5 To Swz.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In The Design Documentation, Bills Of Quantities And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Hereinafter Referred To As Stwiorb), Which Constitute Annex No. 6 To The Swz, As Well As In The Ppu, Which Constitute Annex No. 5 To The Swz.4. The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Order On The Basis Of: Design Documentation, Swz Together With Annexes, Questions And Answers Provided During The Public Procurement Procedure, As Well As Applicable Detailed Regulations And Construction Practice.5. If Trademarks, Patents Or Origins, As Well As Standards, Technical Approvals And Reference Systems Are Indicated In The Design Documentation, Stwiorb, Bills Of Quantities, Swz, The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 5 And 6 Of The Public Procurement Law, Allows Offering Equivalent Materials Or Devices. Materials Or Devices From Specific Manufacturers Determine The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features That The Materials Or Devices Offered By The Contractor Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party. Materials Or Devices From Specific Manufacturers Constitute Only A Quality Standard Of The Subject Of The Order. The Term Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features Means That The Ordering Party Understands The Requirements For Materials Or Devices Contained In Publicly Available Sources, Catalogs And Manufacturers Websites. The Use Of Exemplary Manufacturers Names Is Only Intended To Clarify The Level Of Expectations Of The Ordering Party In Relation To A Specific Solution. The Use Of Manufacturer/Product Names Is For Example Purposes Only. By Indicating The Designation Of A Specific Manufacturer (Supplier) Or A Specific Product In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Also Allows Equivalent Products With Quality Parameters And Functional Features At Least At The Level Of The Parameters Of The Indicated Product, Thus Accepting Every Product With The Indicated Or Better Parameters. A Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Materials, Elements, Systems Or Devices Offered By Him As Part Of The Subject Of The Order Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party.
