The Subject Of The Order Is: 1) Development Of Draft Decisions On Determining The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment, Together With Graphic Annexes And An Analysis Of The Conditions And Principles Of Land Development And Its Development, As Well As The Factual And Legal Status Of The Area Where The Investment Is Expected To Be Implemented, 2) Development Of Draft Decisions On Determining The Conditions Of Development, Together With An Analysis Of The Conditions And Principles Of Land Development And Its Development, As Well As The Factual And Legal Status Of The Area Where The Investment Is Expected To Be Implemented, And The Necessary Analyzes And Results Of These Analyses, Along With A Graphic Attachment To The Draft Decision, Analysis And Analysis Results - After Conducting A Site Visit, 3) Cooperation With The Iwierzyce Commune Office During Administrative Proceedings In Matters Relating To The Issuance Of Decisions For Which The Project Covered By The Order Is Prepared, Until They Become Final Decisions Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of June 14, 1960, Code Of Administrative Procedure (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 572). 2. On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130), The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of July 15, 2024 On The Method Of Determining Requirements For New Buildings And Land Development In The Absence Of A Local Spatial Development Plan (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1116) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of August 26, 2003 On Markings And Nomenclature Used In The Decision To Determine The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment And In The Decision On Development Conditions (Journal Of Laws Of 2003, No. 164, Item 1589) Along With Graphic Annexes To The Draft Decision, Analysis And Analysis Results. 3. The Ordering Party Anticipates The Need To Prepare 500 Draft Decisions On Development Conditions Preceded By An Analysis Of The Functions And Features Of The Development And Land Development, Including Draft Decisions On Development Conditions Regarding The Building Referred To In Art. 29 Section 1 Point 1A Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law, And Draft Decisions On Determining The Location Of Public Purpose Investments.4. The Given Amounts Of Decisions Are Estimates, Therefore The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Quantity, I.E. Increase Or Decrease By 30% The Number Of Decisions Made Regarding Estimates Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, While Maintaining Unit Prices.
