Tenders Are Invited For Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Task Entitled: Expansion Of District Road No. 3500 S On The Section From The Intersection With Ul. Leśna In Brzeźnica To The Intersection In Ligota Książęca.
1. The Order Includes The Development Of Design Documentation For The Expansion Of The Section Of District Road No. 3500 S, Class Z And Traffic Category Kr4, With A Length Of Approx. 1.5 Km From The Beginning Of Plot No. 390/1 In The Area Of The Intersection With Ul. Leśna In Brzeźnica To The Intersection With Ul. Adama Asnyk - Municipal Road In Ligota Książęca. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Preparation Of The Necessary Inventory, 2) Acquisition Of Maps For Design Purposes, 3) Performance Of Geotechnical Research And Preparation Of A Report On These Research (Minimum 8 Wells With A Depth Of At Least 5.0 M), 4) Preparation Of A Construction Design, Including: A) Land Development Design, B) Architectural And Construction Design In The Road Industry Along With Drainage, C) Technical Designs (For Networks For Which Collisions Occurred With Investment), 5) Preparation Of The Bill Of Quantities, 6) Preparation Of The Investors Cost Estimate, 7) Development Of Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, 8) Development Of: The Necessary Documentation To Carry Out The Procedure For Assessing The Impact Of The Project On The Environment And Submitting An Application For Issuing A Decision On Environmental Conditions To The Commune, 9) Preparation Of The Design Of The Target Traffic Organization, Its Approval And Submission Of A Complete Application For Its Approval, 10) Obtaining All Other Arrangements, Opinions And Consents Required By Law (Including Decisions On Environmental Conditions), Necessary To Obtain Permission To Carry Out Construction Works (Building Permit, Notification Of Works) From The Architectural And Construction Administration Body.3. The Material Scope To Be Included In The Design Documentation Mainly Includes: 1) Full Reconstruction Of The Road Structure With An Asphalt Concrete Surface, Standardizing Its Width To 6.00 M, With Widenings On Curves - The Technology And Scope Of Work Should Be Adopted Based On The Results Of Geotechnical Tests, 2) Reconstruction Of Intersections With Municipal Roads And Exits, Together With The Replacement Of Culverts Under The Exits, And Also The Reconstruction Of Exits To Plot No. 332/2 And 324/2 In Ligota Książęca, 3) Left Side (Direction From The Area Of Ul. Leśna In Brzeźnica To Ligota Książęca): - Reconstruction, Construction Of A Sidewalk With A Cobblestone Surface From Ul. Leśna To The Exit To Plot No. 178 And From The School And Kindergarten Complex In Brzeźnica (Plot No. 188) To The Intersection With Ul.
