The Subject Of The Order Is: Trimming Of Trees And Shrubs Growing On The Border Of Municipal Roads In The Stęszew Commune. Location: Stęszew Commune, Poznań County, Greater Poland Voivodeship. Scope Of Work In Accordance With The Mandatory On-Site Visit And Description Of The Subject Of The Order. Note! The Scope Of Work Given In The Bill Of Quantities Is The Maximum Amount. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Perform A Smaller Scope Of Works According To Its Needs. If The Entire Amount Specified In The Contract Is Not Used Due To A Reduction In Demand, The Contractor Will Receive Remuneration For The Actual Amount Of Work Performed, Determined On The Basis Of The Unit Rate And The Actual Amount Of Work Performed. Other Works In Accordance With The Bill Of Quantities And Tidying Up The Area After Completed Work. The Contractor Will Perform All Necessary Work For The Proper Execution Of The Subject Of The Order. The Work Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Tender Documentation And In Consultation With The Ordering Party. Work Execution Technology: Work Related To The Implementation Of The Investment Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With Applicable Standards, Construction Law Provisions, Legal Provisions Regarding Technical Requirements, Environmental Protection, Health And Safety Principles And Technical Knowledge. The Contractor, On His Own Responsibility And At His Own Expense, Should Take All Preventive Measures Required By Sound Construction Practice And Current Circumstances To Protect The Rights Of Owners Of Properties Adjacent To The Construction/Work Site And Avoid Causing Any Disruption Or Damage There. The Contractor Is Liable To Third Parties For Any Damage Resulting From The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Surrounding Area As Well As Pedestrian And Vehicular Traffic Should Be Permanently Protected Against The Impact Of The Works. On-Site Inspection. The Ordering Party Informs That Before Participating In The Tender, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Carry Out An On-Site Inspection Of The Place Where The Services Will Be Performed At Its Own Expense. Carrying Out An On-Site Inspection Is Obligatory. The Offer Of A Contractor Who Does Not Carry Out An On-Site Inspection Will Be Rejected. The Ordering Party Sets The Days And A Specific Time Period During Which It Will Be Possible To Carry Out An On-Site Inspection: Inspection Date - December 19, 2025.
