Tenders Are Invited For Ongoing Services For The Kostrzyn Commune In The Field Of: Collection Of Waste From The Maintenance And Cleaning Of Open Municipal Areas (Task 1) And Waste From Street Bins (Task 2) In 2026.

The Subject Of The Order Is The Removal Of Waste From Containers In Which Waste From Cleaning Open Municipal Areas, Maintenance Of Municipal Green Areas, Waste Generated During Festivals And Other Cultural Events, As Well As Waste From The Liquidation Of Illegal Landfills Will Be Collected. A) The Contractors Tasks Include The Collection And Management Of Waste From Containers Placed On The Square At Ul. Ignacewo In Kostrzyn Or In Another Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Containers Will Collect Waste From Cleaning Open Municipal Areas, Maintaining Municipal Green Areas, Waste Generated During Festivals And Other Cultural Events, As Well As Waste From The Liquidation Of Illegal Landfills. The Ordering Party Emphasizes That The Estimated Amount Of Waste Collected In Containers Is 80 Mg. B) The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver To The Square At The Sewage Pumping Station At Ul. Ignacewo 1 In Kostrzyn, Two Open Containers With A Capacity Of 7 M3 And One Closed Kp7 Container, With 6 Entry Holes Closed With Covers, And Waste Removal From These Containers. C) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Undamaged Containers In Good Technical Condition. D) Waste Removal Will Take Place Upon A Telephone Or E-Mail Order Submitted By An Employee Of The Municipal Office In Kostrzyn To The E-Mail Address Or Telephone Number Indicated By The Contractor. The Order (Removal Of Waste And Empty Containers) Must Be Completed Within 48 Hours, Excluding Public Holidays. E) Waste Disposal Without An Order Issued By An Employee Of The City Hall Will Not Be Subject To Payment. F) The Contractor, Under The Contract, Will Collect, Transport And Manage Waste From The Above-Mentioned 3 Containers Up To 90 Times During The Duration Of The Contract. G) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Indicate Another Place To Place Waste Bins/Containers Or To Request Closed Or Open Containers/Containers, Depending On The Ordering Partys Needs. Containers Must Be Equipped With Closures To Prevent Waste From Being Blown Away And Against Access By Rodents, Dogs, Cats And Other Animals. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Request The Contractor To Provide Open Containers Without The Above-Mentioned Protection. The Contractor Should Have Containers With A Capacity Of 1.1 M3, Approx. 2.5 M3, 5 M3, 7 M3. The Execution Of This Type Of Order Is Related To The Removal Of Waste Generated During Festivals And Other Cultural And Special Events And Must Be Completed Within 48 Hours, Excluding Public Holidays. H) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Oblige The Contractor To Empty Containers With A Capacity Of 1.1 M3, Owned By The Ordering Party And Placed In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. I) The Contractor Undertakes To Immediately Inform The Ordering Party About Damaged Containers Or Other Irregularities Occurring During The Execution Of The Order. J) The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit To The Ordering Party A Written Report On The Amount (Mg) Of Waste Transported From The Ko
