1. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Deliveries And Comprehensive Implementation Of Devices And Systems: A. Central Security Systemb. Upsc. Backup System – (Including Data Storage And Software)D. Server – Type 1 E. Advanced Xdrf Security Software. Advanced Av Security Software G. Nac System H. 48-Port Gigabit Network Switch – 4 Pcs. Utm2) Conducting Stationary Training For Office Employees In The Field Of Cybersecurity3) Conducting Training For Two Administrators In New Stationary Or Remote Technologies (Siem, Edr, Vulnerability Scanner, Network Access Control System)4) Post-Implementation Support For The Contractors Systems. The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 1 To The Tor. 2. The Equipment Delivered As Part Of The Execution Of The Order Will Be: A) Brand New (Not Used), B) Approved For Trading In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland, In Particular, Have All Certificates, Certificates, Attestations, Declarations Of Conformity, Etc. Required By Law And Meet All Legal Requirements Regarding Operational Safety Standards, C) Have Warranty Statements In Accordance With The Provisions In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 1 To Siwz3. The Contractor Undertakes To: 1) Provide Equipment, Assembly, Connection In Places Indicated By The Ordering Party And Remove Security, Packaging, Etc. Of Delivery Items From The Ordering Partys Facility, At Its Own Expense And At Its Own Risk. 2) Conduct Training In Accordance With The Agreed Schedule And The Detailed Substantive Scope Of The Training At The Date And Place Agreed With The Ordering Party, 3) Provide Training Materials, 4) Training Documentation, Issue Certificates/Certificates Of Training Completion, 4. The Contractor At Least 3 Days Before The Planned Delivery Will Inform The Ordering Party In Writing Or By Phone About The Delivery Date.5. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide The Ordering Party With Proposed Training Dates Within 14 Days Of Signing The Agreement
