The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Catering Services During Meetings Organized By The Voivode Of Greater Poland And The Director General Of The Greater Poland Voivodeship Office In Poznań In 2026.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To Swz.3. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Each Time Obliged To Ensure: 1) Preparation And Delivery Of Food No Later Than 30 Minutes Before The Start Of The Meeting, 2) Tables For Serving Food (The Number Of Tables Depends On The Number Of Dishes. The Height Of Tables With Unusual Dimensions Is Determined By The Ordering Party), 3) Banquet Tables - Round (The Number Of Tables Depends On The Number Of People. The Number Of Tables/Cocktail Tables And Places For Wheelchair Users Will Be Reported To The Contractor No Later Than 1 Day Before The Event Date.5. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Possibly Reduce The Number Of Meetings/Packages Or The Number Of People In Relation To The Maximum Demand. The Ordering Party Guarantees The Execution Of At Least 50% Of The Order. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims For Failure To Complete The Entire Order. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Quantity Of Individual Packages Within The Total Value Of The Subject Of The Contract.6.
