The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Implementation Of An Integrated It System Including Integrated Field Systems For Financial Services, Along With Granting A License And Conducting Training. 2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Delivery With Documentation And Installation Of An Integrated It System For Financial And Accounting Management, Taxation, And Electronic Document Circulation, Including The Following Modules: A) A Module For Financial And Accounting Management Of A Budget Unit, B) A Module For Handling Budget Tax Receipts Including Excise Duty, C) A Module For Handling Non-Tax Budget Receipts, D) A Module For Handling Ezd, E) A Module For Integration Support, F) A Module For Servicing Contractors, G) Module For Storing Documents/Files, H) Module For Administration And Management.2) Carrying Out Implementation Works Covering The Necessary Scope Of Installation, Configuration And Integration Works Together With Data Migration For Areas For Which They Are Necessary Due To Their Inclusion In Connection With The Implemented Solutions And E-Services And Software, As Well As Granting Or Delivering Appropriate Licenses With The Right To Grant Sublicenses For An Unlimited Period,3) Carrying Out Implementation Works Or Consultations At The Ordering Partys Premises, 4) Conducting Training In The Place And Under The Conditions Specified By The Ordering Party, 5) Providing Services Under The Warranty And Technical Assistance During The Implementation And Warranty Period Using Professional Tools And Human Resources, In Particular: Removing Software Errors, Advice, Consultations, Upgrading The Software To The Latest Versions, 6) Ensuring A Permanent And Professional Team Of People Working On The Implementation Of The Software, 7) As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Necessary Organizational Preparations, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Description The Subject Of The Order With The Submitted Offer. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Schedule Developed And Approved By The Ordering Party. 8) Updating And Providing New Versions Of The User Manual For Administrators And Users In The Event Of Any Change Affecting The Functioning Of The Software That Occurs During The Warranty Period3. The Subject Of The Order Includes Two (Ii) Stages: 1) Stage I - Implementation Of An Integrated It System, Migration Of Data Necessary To Start Working In The New System, Conducting Training. The Integrated It System Must Comply With The Applicable Legal Provisions On The Date Of Submission Of Offers, Ensure The Protection Of Personal Data At The Level Provided For By Law, And Guarantee The Security Of Information Contained In The System. 2) Stage Ii - Provision Of Support Services For The Implemented Integrated It System.
