Tenders Are Invited For Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From The Nałęczów Commune And Pszok

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Real Estate Residing In The Nałęczów Commune, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 733, As Amended), The Provisions Of The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1578, As Amended) And The Currently Applicable Implementing Acts To The Above Acts, As Well As The Regulations For Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Nałęczów Commune.2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Transfer Waste To Operating Installations That Meet The Requirements For Municipal Installations, Which Have Been Put Into Operation And Have The Required Decisions Allowing Waste Processing. The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate In The Offer Form Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz Installations That Meet The Requirements For Municipal Installations, Which Have Been Put Into Operation And Have The Required Decisions Allowing The Processing Of Waste, To Which The Contractor Will Transfer The Waste.3. The Estimated Amount Of Municipal Waste To Be Collected And Managed Under This Order Is: 997.75 Mg. This Quantity Is Indicative And Was Provided For The Purpose Of Calculating The Offer Price. The Estimated Amount Of Waste May Change According To Actual Demand. The Ordering Party Determines The Total Amount Of Waste To Be Collected And Disposed Of During The Order Implementation Period At A Minimum Level Of 70% Of The Order Value.
