Request for Information for Threat Intelligence Platform (TIP) The Palestine Monetary Authority (PMA) is establishing a national Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) function to enhance sector-wide cyber resilience across banks, payment service providers (PSPs), microfinance institutions (MFIs), and fintechs. Therefore, the PMA seeks information on market-leading Threat Intelligence Platforms (TIPs) that can serve as the core technology enabling CTI operations and sector-wide intelligence sharing. The aim of this RFI is to assist the PMA in understanding available TIP solutions and their functional capabilities, evaluating their suitability for a multi-tenant, regulated, sector-wide deployment, identifying integration options with existing SOC, SIEM, and SOAR technologies, and developing technical specifications and budgetary estimates for the upcoming RFP. The PMA now invites eligible bidders to indicate their interest by providing all required vendor information, technical and functional details, and cost structure/budgetary estimates as outlined in the Request for Information document. A shortlist of bidders will be selected in accordance with predefined criteria. Shortlisted bidders will be contacted by the PMA to submit their financial proposals based on the Terms of Reference (TOR) of the project, while those not selected will be notified accordingly.
