It Is Required To Contract The Psycholaboral Evaluation Service On A Digital Platform For Applicants To Public Competition Of The Municipal Health Department Of Puerto Montt. The Objective Is To Obtain Psycho-Labor Test Reports Whose Evaluations Are Carried Out On A Modern, Reliable, Uniform And Automated Electronic Platform That Allows The Simultaneous Evaluation Of A Significant Number Of Applicants For Public Competition, In Accordance With Exempt Decree No. 13,490, Which Approves The Call For Competition To Fill Positions In The Different Establishments Of The Municipal Health Department, Under The Modality Of Indefinite Contract According To Art. 32 Of Law No. 19,378,; And Exempt Decree No. 13,494, Which Approves The Call For Competition To Fill Positions In The Same Establishments Under The Form Of A Fixed-Term Contract For Three Years, In Accordance With Art. 33 Of Law No. 19,378. The System Must Generate Standardized And Comparable Results That Facilitate Decision-Making In Selection Processes.
