To Guarantee Faithful Compliance With The Contract, The Offeror Must Deliver A Guarantee Document, Expressed In Chilean Pesos. The Guarantee Will Be Payable On Demand And Will Be Irrevocable. The Document Guaranteeing Faithful Compliance With The Contract, In Addition To Guaranteeing Compliance With The Contract, Guarantees Compliance With The Labor And Social Obligations Of The Contracting Partys Workers. The Awarded Bidder Must Deliver The Faithful Guarantee Of Performance Of The Contract Within A Period Of 30 Calendar Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract. This Guarantee Will Be Delivered To The Office Of The Supply Document Management Unit Of The Complex, Along With 2 Copies Of The Contract Signed By The Legal Representative Of The Company And The Certificate That Certifies The Authenticity Of The Guarantee Document, Which Will Be Kept In Custody In The Finance Unit Of The Care Complex. The Complex May Make The Guarantee Effective In The Event Of Culpable Non-Compliance By The Offeror With The Obligations Imposed By The Contract, Administratively And Without The Need For Requirements Or Any Judicial Or Arbitral Action. Any Document Whose Verification Cannot Be Electronically Must Be Accompanied By A Certificate Of Authenticity (Original) From The Issuing Entity, For Its Compliant Reception.
