The Catering Operation Is Divided Into A Cooking Room, Dishwashing (Separately Serving Dishes And Dishes From Delivery), Cold Store, Vegetable Preparation Room, Vegetable Store, Dry Store, Social Facilities For Staff (Capacity Of 5 People - Women) And Office, Air Conditioning Machine Room. The Intention Of The Modernization And Subsequent Building Modifications Is Expected Significant Energy Savings When Using New Modern Gastro Technology, Leading At The Same Time To The Efficiency And Quality Of The Overall Operation Of The Kitchen, Meeting The Current Requirements And Trends Of School Catering. Within The Framework Of The Proposed Building Modifications In This Pd, The Floors In The Addressed Areas Will Be Demolished To The Required Extent, Following This It Will Be Necessary To Demolish The Existing Cladding, Dismantle The Existing Non-Compliant Air Conditioning And Related Demolition Work. New Sewer Lines Will Be Built (Sewage + Grease) Incl. Of Horizontal Routes, A New Grease Separator Will Be Installed Instead Of The Existing One, Which Does Not Meet The Capacity Of The Separator, New Water Supply Lines And Electrical Installations Will Be Made. A New Air Conditioning System Will Be Implemented, Which Will Be Installed In Another Room (Warehouse) For Space Reasons, With An Air Outlet To The East Gable. New Floor Constructions Will Be Made, In The Place Of Trenches For Sewerage Incl. Waterproofing. New Partition Walls, New Plastering And Painting, New Paving And Ceramic Tiles Will Be Made Locally In The Area Under Consideration. The Space Prepared In This Way Will Be Equipped With New Gastronomic Technology That Meets The Current Requirements And Trends For The Operation Of School Kitchens.
