The Glynn County School System Desires To Retain The Services Of A Georgia Licensed Roofingcontractor, Under A Construction Management At Risk Contract, In Accordance With The Procedures Ofthe Georgia Department Of Education, For The Reroofing Of Sterling Elementary School. The Roofingsystem Will Be A Standing Seam Metal System Over Polyisocyanurate Insulation. The Existing Asphaltshingle Roof System Will Be Removed. New Roofing System Will Be Attached To The Existing Tectum Roofdeck Or To The Existing Joist System. The Wind Uplift Requirements Must Comply With Ibc 2018.
