Work Detail
The Object Of The Procurement Is The Procurement Of Electronic Self-Monitoring Of Food Services As A Service. The Goal Of The Procurement Is To Find And Implement A Modern, Electronic Self-Monitoring System, Which Enables The Documentation And Reporting Of Self-Monitoring Activities To Be Done Smoothly And Without Effort. Self-Monitoring Is Required By Law, And With Self-Monitoring, Servica Oy Ensures And Verifies A Safe End Result, Taking Into Account All Stages Of The Food Production Process. The System Monitors The Temperature Levels Of Kitchen Appliances, Such As Refrigerators, Cooling Cabinets Or Rooms, As Well As Freezers. If Arranged Separately, The System Can Also Monitor The Temperature Levels Of Dishwashers And During Transport. When The Temperatures Deviate From The Predetermined Target Level, The System Sends An Alarm So That The Kitchen Staff Can React To The Deviation. Temperature Measurements Must Take Place Automatically And The Measurement Data Must Be Stored In The System To Enable Later Review. In Addition To Automatic Measurements, The System Must Be Able To Manually Measure And Store Reception, Preparation And Serving Temperature Data In The System. The Procurement Includes The Application And Its Implementation, Equipment Rental, Installation And Operational Training And Support During The Contract Period And Saas Cloud Service. The Object Of The Procurement And The Related Requirements Are Described In Detail In The Request For Tender. In The Procurement, One (1) Service Provider Will Be Selected As Described In The Decision-Making Section Of The Tender Request. The Estimated Start Date Of The Contract Is February 1, 2026, And The System Will Be Ready For Use On June 1, 2026. The Agreement Is Valid For 36 Months And Continues Indefinitely After That. The Agreement Does Not Include A Quantity Purchase Obligation. The Procurement Quantities Mentioned In The Request For Tender Are Indicative Estimates And Are Based On Current Practice And Are Not Binding On The Customer. Orders Are Placed As Needed. The Offer Is Binding And Must Be Written In Finnish. The Entire Procurement Process Is In Finnish. The Products Offered Must Comply With The Directly Binding Regulations Of The European Union, Finnish Laws And Regulations, And Regulations Issued By The Authorities.
