The Welfare Region Of Central Ostrobothnia Is Preparing A Tender For Community Housing For The Elderly. The Customer Requests Willing Potential Service Providers To Participate In The Dialogue. The Goal Of This Request For Information Is To Get The Service Providers Views On The Planned Implementation Of The Procurement And The Draft Request For Tender Documents. This Notice Is Not About A Request For Tender But A Request For Information, Which Contains Preliminary Information About The Future Procurement. The Information Regarding The Procurement May Change In The Final Tender Request. The Request For Information Does Not Oblige The Procurement Unit To Carry Out The Procurement. Responding To A Request For Information Does Not Obligate The Provider To Make An Offer. Answering Or Not Answering Is Not An Obstacle To Participating In The Tender. No Compensation Is Paid For Answering The Request For Information. The Agreement Is Planned To Be Valid For A Limited Period Of Two Years And Will Continue Indefinitely After That. We Ask Companies Interested In Participating In The Information Request To Indicate Their Interest By Responding To This Information Request Via The Tarjouspalvelu.Fi Portal No Later Than January 5, 2026 At 4:00 P.M. Those Who Have Registered Will Be Sent Preliminary Drafts Of The Tender Documents And A Request For Information Survey.
