The Municipality Of Goes Wants To Enter Into An Agreement With A Service Provider For The Phased Design And Supervision Of The Realization Of A New Energy System For The City Office. The Current Open Geothermal Energy System, In Use Since 2006, Broke Down In 2022 And Cannot Be Repaired. Research Was Carried Out On Behalf Of The Municipality Into Possible Alternatives To Sustainably Heat And Cool The Building Again, After Which A Preferred Variant Was Determined. Through This Tender, The Municipality Is Looking For A Contractor Who, After Verifying The Principles, Will Develop The Design And Support The Tender And Realization Of The New Climate System. The Assignment Essentially Covers: 1. The Design Of A New Geothermal Energy System And The Modification Of The Existing Climate Installation Of The City Office By, Among Other Things, The Addition Of A Heat Pump. 2. Obtaining The Necessary Permits. 3. Supporting The Tendering Of The Realization. 4. Supporting The Management And Quality Assurance Of The Realization.
