Tenders Are Invited For Protection Of Sites With Signal And Security Equipment (Sot) And Repair And Maintenance Of Signal And Security Equipment (Sot) In The Buildings Of The Td Of The National Narcotics Agency Varna And The Td Of The National Narcotics Agency Veliko Tarnovo, In 14 Separate Positions.
The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is Divided Into Fourteen Separate Items And Includes The Following Activities: 1. Security With Signaling And Security Equipment /Sot/ With A View To Ensuring Protection From Criminal Encroachments On The Property Located In The Administrative Buildings Of The Td Of The National Narcotics Agency Varna And Td Of The National Narcotics Agency Veliko Tarnovo And The Offices Falling Under Their Territorial Competence, Described In Detail In Technical Specifications And Requirements For The Implementation For The Respective Separate Position. 2. Delivery And Installation Of The Signal-Security Equipment Necessary For The Performance Of The Service At The Sites (Where There Is No Signal-Security Equipment /Sot/ Owned By The Contracting Authority) At Its Own Expense, Using Its Own Qualified Employees, While The Equipment Remains The Property Of The Contractor. 3. Maintenance Of Signaling And Security Equipment /Sot/, Monthly Technical Inspections And Prevention, Testing In Working Mode Of All Blocks And Assemblies And Repair Of Damages Related To Replacement Of Defective Parts. Damages That Have Occurred Should Be Repaired Within A Period Of No Longer Than 24 /Twenty-Four/ Hours After Their Discovery. 4. Monitoring Of The Sites, Registration And Response To Received Signals From The Security Service With Teams And Mobile Security Patrols. 5. For Specific Positions #2, #3, #4, #5, #7, #8, #9 And #12, The Subject Of The Order Includes Technical Maintenance And Repair, If Necessary, Of Signaling And Security Equipment /Sot/, Owned By The Contracting Authority, Located In The Administrative Buildings Of The Dobrich, Razgrad, Ruse, Silistra And Shumen Offices At The Td Of The Nra Varna And The Td Of The Nra Veliko Tarnovo, Vidin Office And Lovech Office At Td Of The Nra Veliko Tarnovo, Covering The Following Activities: Inspection And Verification Of The Operability Of The Sensors, Inspection And Testing Of The Centrals And Their Ability To Send Signals To The Radio Transmitters; Checking Cable Connections And Power Supply, Checking The Functioning Of The Panic Buttons (For Dobrich Office And Vidin Office) And Carrying Out Repair Work If Necessary, Carrying Out Monthly Technical Inspections And Prevention. Damages That Have Occurred Should Be Repaired Within A Period Of No Longer Than 24 /Twenty-Four/ Hours After Their Discovery. A Description Of The Signaling And Security Equipment Owned By The Contracting Authority Is Contained In The Technical Specification For The Relevant Specific Position. The Contracting Authority Pays The Contractor The Spare Parts, Materials And Consumables Invested In The Maintenance And Repair Without Markup, At Delivery Prices. Supplied Price Means The Price At Which The Contractor Purchased The Relevant Spare Part, Material Or Consumable. The Above Circumstance Is Proven By Presenting A Certified Copy Of The Invoice For The Spare Parts, Materials And Consumables Purchased By The Contractor, Used During Maintenance Or Repair.
