Delivery Of Mobile Equipment In Five Distinct Positions: Separate Item No. 1 - Compost Row Turning Machine - 1 Pc. Separate Position No. 2 - Mobile Crusher - Shredder 22 Hp And 75 Hp. – 2 Pcs. Separate Position No. 3 - Compost Sieve With A Capacity Of Min. 6000 Tons Per Year - 1 Pc. Separate Position No. 4 - Front Loader - 1 Pc. Separate Position No. 5 - Mini Front Loader - 1 Pc. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes Provision Of Warranty (Service) Service For The Delivered Equipment During The Warranty Period. 2.1. Technical Service And Repair The Technical Service And Repair Of The Equipment Is Carried Out On Site, And In Case Of Impossibility - In A Service Base Of The Contractor Authorized By The Manufacturer/S (Own Or Rented), In The Country, Within The Warranty Periods And Warranty (Service) Service. 2.2. Other Requirements 2.2.1. The Equipment Must Be Accompanied By An Instruction Or Operating Manual In Bulgarian. 2.2.2. The Equipment Must Be Accompanied By Documents Certifying Its Quality And Origin And The Necessary Documents For Its Registration. 2.3. Warranty Liability And Warranty Requirements. 2.3.1. The Contractor Must Guarantee The Full Functional Suitability Of The Delivered Equipment, According To Their Purpose And The Technical Specification. 2.3.2. Full Warranty Service Provided For A Minimum Period Of 12/Twelve/ Months. 2.3.3 The Warranty Period Begins To Run From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance-Handover Protocol For The Delivery Without Remarks. The Participant Shall Submit A Report Of Technical Services During The Warranty Period, Including Consumables, Materials, Labor And Transportation To The Place Of Delivery.
