The Subject Of This Order Is The Selection Of A Contractor To Supervise The Construction Of A Site: Overhaul Of Sidewalks On G. Rakovski Street From The O.T. 95 In Ot.81; 133 To O.T. 131 Under The Pup Of The Village Of Pobeda - Stages 1-2 And 2-1, Tundzha Municipality. In Carrying Out The Activities On The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Shall Provide The Contracting Authority With: - Technical Passport Of The Site/Construction For Which He Exercised Construction Supervision During Construction; - Final Report To The Contracting Authority, According To The Requirements Of Art. 168, Para. 6 Of Zut, After Completion Of The Construction And Assembly Works For The Construction, For Which The Contractor Exercised Construction Supervision During Construction. Time Frame For The Fulfillment Of The Subject Of The Order - From Signing The Protocol For Opening A Construction Site And Determining The Construction Line And Level For The Construction - Appendix No. 2A To Art. 7, Para. 3, Item 2 Of Ordinance No. 3 Of July 31, 2003 On Drawing Up Acts And Protocols During Construction - Until The Completion Of Construction Works On The Site And Issuance Of A Certificate For Putting The Site Into Operation.
