The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes Periodic Delivery Of Food Products For A Period Of 24 Months For The Needs Of Kindergartens, A Home For Adults With Sensory Disorders And Home Social Patronage In The Town Of Pirdop. Food Products Are Grouped In The Following Separate Headings: Specific Heading No 1: Bread, Bakery Products And Confectionery Specific Heading No 2: Meat, Meat Products And Fish Specific Heading No 3: Milk, Milk Products And Eggs Heading No 4: Fresh And Dried Fruit And Vegetables Heading No 5: Preserved Foodstuffs Heading No 6: Groceries And Others The Division Of The Current Public Procurement Into Six Separate Items Is Appropriate. Full Information On The Requirements For The Manner And Order Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Contained In The Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1, An Integral Part Of The Participation Documentation. In Each Separate Item, The Food Products Are Included As Nomenclatures And Are Described In Detail By Name, Unit Of Measure And Estimated Quantity In The Attached List Of Food Products, An Integral Part Of The Technical Specification. Each Participant Can Submit An Offer For One Or More Individual Positions. Participants Must Submit An Offer For All Items Included In The Respective Specific Item. Non-Offering Of Any Of The Nomenclature Is Grounds For Removal Of The Participant From Participation In The Procedure For The Respective Specific Position. Variants Of The Offer Are Not Allowed. The Quantities Of Food Products Specified In The Technical Specification Are Estimated And Depend On The Current Needs Of The Contracting Authority During The Period Of Validity Of The Public Procurement Contract. The Contracting Authority Is Not Committed To The Purchase Of The Entire Estimated Quantity. The Contracting Authority May Request Larger Quantities Of A Given Nomenclature, Within The Total Estimated Value Of The Respective Individual Item.
