The Main Purpose Of The Order Is The Selection Of A Contractor For The Relevant Specific Position, Possessing The Necessary Professional Competence And Qualification To Perform The Following Services For Specific Positions From #1 To 5, As Follows: • Preparation Of A Report For Assessing The Compliance Of An Investment Project In The Working Project Phase Should Be Carried Out As A Complex Report On The Essential Requirements Under Art. 169, Para. 1 Of The Zut, Subject To Compliance With The Requirements Of Art. 142, Para. 5 Of The Zut; Exercise Of Construction Supervision During The Construction Of The Objects According To Art. 168, Para. 2 Of The Zut In Volume And Scope According To The Requirements Of The Zut And The Corresponding By-Laws, Incl. Supervision Of The Acts And Protocols Drawn Up During The Construction Under Zut And Preparation Of A Final Report Under Art. 168, Para. 6 Of The Zut; Prepared Technical Passport Of The Site, According To Art. 176B Of The Zut And In The Scope Specified In Art. 4 Of Ordinance No. 5 Of 28.12.2006 On The Technical Passports Of Constructions, Issued By The Minister Of Regional Development And Public Works; Commissioning Of The Facility; For Specific Item #6, As Follows: Exercise Of Construction Supervision During The Construction Of The Objects According To Art. 168, Para. 2 Of The Zut In Volume And Scope According To The Requirements Of The Zut And The Corresponding By-Laws, Incl. Supervision Of The Acts And Protocols Drawn Up During The Construction Under Zut And Preparation Of A Final Report Under Art. 168, Para. 6 Of The Zut; Prepared Technical Passport Of The Site, According To Art. 176B Of The Zut And In The Scope Specified In Art. 4 Of Ordinance No. 5 Of 28.12.2006 On The Technical Passports Of Constructions, Issued By The Minister Of Regional Development And Public Works; Commissioning Of The Facility. According To Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Assign Individual Items In The Order Valid For The Individual Value Of Each Of Them, Provided That The Value Of The Respective Individual Item Does Not Exceed Bgn 156,464 For Supplies And Services And The Total Value Of The Individual Items Awarded In This Way Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Value Of The Order. In These Cases, Regardless Of The Residual Value Of The Order, It Is Awarded According To The Order Applicable To The Total Value Of The Entire Order. Since The Value Of Separate Item No. 4 Is Below Bgn 21,246.43 Without Vat, It Falls Within The Scope Of Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Civil Code. In View Of The Above And On The Basis Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop, Specific Position No. 4, Will Be Assigned In Accordance With Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Civil Procedure Code - By Direct Assignment.
