Implementation Activities Cover: Activity No. 1: Preparation Of An Investment Project In All Parts For The Implementation Of Construction Works On A Site/Building: Construction Of Green Infrastructure - Green Roof Of A Municipal Building With Full Identification Number 67653.918.43.14 According To The Cadastral Map And Cadastral Registers Of The City Of Smolyan; The Investment Project Should Be Developed In The Technical Project Phase, With Scope And Content In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Territorial Planning Act And Ordinance No. 4 Of 21.05.2001 On The Scope And Content Of Investment Projects. Activity No. 2: Execution Of Construction Works On Site/Building: Construction Of Green Infrastructure - Green Roof Of A Municipal Building With Full Identification Number 67653.918.43.14 According To The Cadastral Map And Cadastral Registers Of The City Of Smolyan. The Construction Is Carried Out In Accordance With The Approved Investment Project, As Well As All Applicable Technical Standards And Norms And Provisions Of The Current Bulgarian Legislation And The Legislation Of The European Community, Including The Specific Regulatory Requirements In The Field Of Environmental Protection, Protection Of Animal Species And Habitats And Safety Of Construction And Assembly Works.
