The Purpose Of The Present Award Is To Select A Contractor Who Will Implement In Full The Awarded Public Procurement, Defined By The Present Technical Specification. The Selected Contractor Should Ensure Complete And Accurate Execution, Thereby Realizing The Clients Investment Intention For The Implementation Of A Water Supply Pipeline And An Automated Irrigation System For The Coastal Strip In The Area Of The Railway. Crosswalk At River Station To Mostova Street. The Object Will Be Located In Land Properties With Located In Properties With Identifiers 63427.2.5687, 63427.2.5734 And 63427.2.5735 According To The Cadastral Plan Of The City Of Ruse, Municipality Of Ruse. The Design And Construction Of The Irrigation System Will Be Consistent With The Existing Infrastructure. The Main Goal Is To Provide Regular Watering Of The Green Areas Of The Coastal Park And To Maintain Them In A Healthy Condition. The Deadline For The Implementation Of This Public Procurement Is Up To 185 Calendar Days. The Term Begins To Run From The Date Of Receipt Of The Contract Letter By The Contracting Authority And Ends With The Signing Of The Constitutive Act To Establish The Suitability For Acceptance Of The Construction (Appendix No. 15 To Art. 7, Para. 3, Item 15 Of Ordinance No. 3 Of July 31, 2003). The Deadline For The Implementation Of This Public Procurement Is Formed As Follows: Deadline: 1. The Deadline For The Development Of A Technical Investment Project In All Parts, Starting From The Receipt Of The Tender Letter From The Contractor For The Start Of The Activity (Commencement Date) Until Handing Over The Project To The Employer - Up To 35 Calendar Days; 2. Term For Construction And Exercise Of Authors Supervision - From The Date Of Signing The Protocol For Opening A Construction Site And Determining The Construction Line And Level For The Construction (Appendix 2 To Art. 7, Para. 3, Item 2 Of Ordinance No. 3 Of July 31, 2003) Until The Signing Of The Constitutive Act To Establish The Suitability For Acceptance Of The Construction (Appendix No. 15 To Art. 7, Para. 3, Item 15 Of Ordinance No. 3 Of July 31, 2003). The Total Term For The Execution Of The Construction And The Authors Supervision Under The Contract Cannot Exceed 150 Calendar Days. Important: The Time For Conciliation Procedures Is Not Included In This Term.
