Tenders Are Invited For Preparation And Delivery Of A Hot Lunch For The Most Needy Persons In The Territory Of Pazardzhik Municipality Under The Program For Food And Basic Material Support 2021-2027, Co-Financed By European Social Fund Plus, Operation Bg05sfpr003-1.001 - Hot Lunch

The Subject Of This Order Is The Daily (On Working Days) Preparation And Delivery Of A Hot Lunch For The Needs Of 250 Consumers In The Territory Of The Pazardzhik Municipality For A Total Of 480 Working Days. The Participant Selected As A Contractor Must Transport And Provide The Hot Lunch In Individual Packages, In Compliance With The Necessary Sanitary And Hygienic Requirements. The Target Groups Of Needy Persons That Will Be Covered Are: 1. Persons And Families With No Income Or With Low Income, Elderly Families Of Pensioners And Pensioners Living Alone Who Have Low Incomes, Cannot Support Themselves With These Incomes And Their Property And Do Not Receive Support From Their Relatives; 2. Persons Subject To Social Assistance, Including From The Circle Of Persons Who Are Unable To Meet Their Basic Life Needs And For Whom A Need For Daily Additional Support Has Been Established; 3. Persons With Low Incomes Who, Due To Existing Disabilities Or Health Limitations, Have Difficulty Or Impossible Self-Care, Including Single Persons With Permanent Disabilities With Low Personal Income From A Pension, For Whom There Is No Suitable Candidate For An Assistant Under The Personal Assistance Mechanism; 4. Persons Who, Due To Accidental Circumstances, Are In A Difficult And Vulnerable Situation And A Need For This Type Of Assistance Has Been Established For Them; 5. Wandering And Homeless Persons; 6. Persons From Vulnerable Groups - Citizens Of Third Countries, In The Sense Of § 1, Item 17 Of The Additional Provisions Of The Act On Asylum And Refugees. The Hot Lunch Includes Soup, A Main Course, ¼ Bread And Dessert, Which Dessert Is Provided On The Working Days Of The Week Offered In The Participants Offer. The Hot Lunch Is Prepared And Provided On Working Days For The Duration Of The Contract, And Will Be Delivered To The Homes Of Vulnerable Citizens As Needed. Food Should Be Transported And Distributed In Individual Packaging /For Multiple And/Or Single Use/, Which Comply With Ordinance No. H-1 Of 23.07.2024 On The Environmental Requirements For Certain Products, And In Compliance With Sanitary And Hygienic Requirements. A Detailed Description Of The Subject, Data On The Nature, Volume And Conditions For The Execution Of The Order Are Provided In The Technical Specification, An Integral Part Of This Order. The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Ask The Contractor To Increase Or Decrease The Quantities Of Food Delivered According To The Number Of Persons Who Will Be Fed Without Exceeding The Provided Funding. The Conditions Under Which The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented, The Rights And Obligations Of The Parties Are Detailed In The Draft Contract, An Integral Part Of This Order.
