Purpose And Purpose Of The Public Order The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is Delivery And Installation Of Office Equipment For The Needs Of Fund Manager Of Financial Instruments In Bulgaria Ead. The Purpose Of The Public Procurement Is To Appoint A Contractor And Conclude A Contract With Him For The Delivery And Installation Of Office Equipment, In Accordance With The Regulatory Requirements, Including The Requirements Of The Technical Specification For The Execution Of The Contract (Appendix No. 1) And In Compliance With The Agreed Deadlines. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes (Description Of Procurement Activities): A) Delivery And Installation Of The Items Subject To The Public Procurement Specified In The Technical Specification Of The Contracting Authority (Appendix No. 1); B) Removal Of Shortages, Inconsistencies, Deficiencies And Defects Of Articles, Including Replacement In Case Of Established Warranty Defect; C) All Other Activities Necessary For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement. A Detailed Description Of The Activities Subject To The Public Procurement Is Presented In Iii. List Of Products From The Technical Specification.
