Participants Should Have A Valid License For The Provision Of Internet Services Issued By Krs And Be Entered In The Public Register Under Art. 33, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Law On The Implementation Of Public Electronic Communications. The Services To Be Provided By The Designated Contractor Of The Public Procurement Are According To The Technical Specification.
