Selection for this project is a two phased process as set forth in MGL c. 149, sec. 44D1/2 & 3/4. Participation in the RFQ Bidding Phase of this project will be limited to only those firms who have submitted a SOQ in response to this RFQ and that have been deemed prequalified. Sub bid categories = Acoustical Tile, Electrical, Fire Protection, HVAC, Masonry, Metal Windows, Painting, Plumbing, Resilient Flooring, Roofing & Flashing, Tile; Waterproofing/Damp/Caulking; Misc. and Ornamental Iron.
