This IFB is to establish a contractual price agreement between the RMLD and the successful bidder for hourly rates for professional manpower and equipment for Contractor crews and equipment used in performing underground cable installation, cable splicing, routine underground construction, maintenance and troubleshooting as required for the RMLD.
