Engineering Services – Geospatial Expert Services (Dps). The Object Of Procurement Includes Various Spatial Data Expert Tasks Performed In Sub-Projects Of The Kymp & Urban Model Project. The Object Of The Procurement Includes The Following Tasks: 1. Processing, Combining, Analyzing, Editing, Documenting And Analysis Reporting Of Spatial Data Materials And 3D Data Models. 2. Method Development And Documentation Of Spatial Data Materials And 3D Data Models. The Object Of The Procurement May Include Data Integration Tasks With The Citys Existing Spatial Data Publishing Systems, Such As The 3D City Data Model And Spatial Data Interface Services Together With The Citys Spatial Data Experts. Different Materials (Traditional Two-Dimensional Spatial Data Materials, 3D Spatial Data Materials, 3D City Data Model) Are Processed Both Together And Separately. The Aim Of The Sub-Projects Is To Utilize The 3D City Information Model. The Tender Request For The Internal Bidding Of The Dynamic Procurement System Can Include Both Task 1 And Task 2 Or Only One Of Them. The Spatial Scope Of The Assignment Can Be Limited, For Example, According To The Project Area Or An Overall Review Of The Entire City Area. The Assignment May Include Modeling, Evaluation And Analysis Of Time Series And Alternatives. Assignments May Involve Interaction With Participants, Workshops, Project Meetings And Reporting. The Tenderer Must Use A Program For Processing Location Data That Is Compatible With The Programs Used By The City Of Helsinki. The Programs For Processing Location Data Currently Used By The Subscriber Are Presented In Appendix 1 File Formats And Other Programs And File Formats Used By The Subscriber In Appendix 2 Instructions For Digital Material. The Material And Results Must Be Handed Over To The Customer In Electronic Form. The Submitted Data Must Have A Description Of What It Contains. The Client Defines The Appearance And File Format Of The Results Per Assignment.
