Procurement Of Caf Electrical Pantograph Parts, Within The Framework Of A General Sales Contract (Goods Procurement) Total Quantity (Planned): 2930 Pcs / 24 Months Details Are Included In The Price Table. The Quantities Specified In The Price Table Were Determined Based On Previous Usage Experience, So-Called Empirical Quantities. The Experimental Quantities Have Been Given For The Purpose Of A Well-Founded Assessment Of The Offers, To Determine The Total Offer Price Without Vat, The Quantities Procured Under The Contract May Differ From These Experimental Data. The Bidder Must Submit His Bid In The Knowledge Of The Above. Only The Unit Prices Are Indicated In The Annex To The Contract To Be Concluded. The Tenderer Undertakes To Issue An Order With A Total Value Of 70% Of The Total Sum Fixed In The Framework Contract. The Tenderer Draws Attention To The 321/2015. (X. 30.) According To The Provisions Of Section 46 (3) Of The Government Decree, According To Which The Identifiers In The Price Table Were Provided Only In Order To Define The Subject Of The Public Procurement In A Clear And Comprehensible Way, The Tenderer Accepts An Offer Equivalent To Them. It Is The Responsibility Of The Bidder To Verify Equivalence And, In Case Of Doubt, Prove It. The Parts Must Be Delivered Based On The Specified Type Or Factory Identifier, Which Have The Same Functionality, Design, And Technical Parameters As Those Currently Used For The Same Purpose, Or Have The Same Or Better Reliability. In The Procedure, The Bidder Must Submit A Professional Offer, As Follows: • In The Price Table, Next To The Individual Items, The Manufacturer And The Product Manufacturers Identification Number Of The Products Recommended And To Be Delivered Must Be Indicated, • In The Case Of Parts With A Catalog Number, A Statement From The Manufacturer Of The Offered Parts Or The Manufacturer Of The Vehicle Must Be Attached, In Which The Company Declares That The Offered Product Fulfills The Function Of The Product With The Catalog Number Specified By The Bidder In The Price Table Can Be Installed In The Vehicle. In Its Offer, The Offeror Must Declare, Duly Signed, That: • Undertakes The Performance In The Schedule Requested By The Requester And In The Quantity According To The Orders; • Provides The Products In The Specified Quality, And In Case Of Winning, The Items Offered In The Offer Will Be Delivered During The Entire Duration Of The Contract; • About The Delivery Deadline He Has Undertaken, Which Cannot Be More Than 210 Calendar Days; • Ensures The Delivery Of The Parts, For Which No Separate Fee Is Charged; • Deliver The Parts In The Original Manufacturers Packaging, According To The Provisions Of The Draft Contract; • Acknowledges That - The Contracting Authority Sends The Orders By E-Mail Only, In Order To Ensure That, In The Event Of Winning, The Orders Are Received At A Single E-Mail Address, - The Date Of Communication Of The Order To The Winning Bidder By The Contracting Authority, At This E-Mail Address
