Manhole Covers – Public Tender For Delivery Of Well Material To Provas - Haderslev Spildevand A/S. The Tender Concerns The Delivery Of Sewage Well Material To Provas - Haderslev Spildevand A/S. The Offer Includes The Supply Of Covers, Frames And Grates Which Are Removed In Connection With Building Maturation, Sewage Disposal, Wear Layer Works And General Operating And Maintenance Tasks. The Tender Is Concluded As A Framework Agreement With One Supplier For The Period 01.04.2026 To 31.03.2028. The Ordering Party Has The Option To Extend The Framework Agreement By 2 X 12 Months On Unchanged Terms. The Extension Is Notified No Later Than 6 Months Before The End Of The Original Framework Agreement Period. The Total Value Of The Framework Agreement Per Year Is Calculated At Approx. Dkk 900,000 Excl. Vat The Estimated Value Is Purely Indicative And Is Based On Historical Figures And Expected Future Needs, Which Is Why They Cannot Be Taken As An Expression Of A Guaranteed Future Turnover. The Maximum Value Of The Framework Agreement Can Be A Maximum Of 30% Higher Than The Estimated Amount. Expectations For The Number Of Individual Products Appear In Appendix 2 - Offer List. The Indicated Quantities Are Estimates, Which Are Based Both On Previous Years Consumption And Future Needs. The Client Has Chosen Not To Offer Separate Partial Contracts. The Ordering Party Has Estimated, Based On Economic Conditions, That More Advantageous Prices Can Be Achieved With A Combined Agreement. In View Of The Quality And Consistency Of The Overall Tendered Task, It Is Considered Appropriate To Have One Overall Framework Agreement, Just As A Division, Based On Market Conditions, Is Not Considered To Give Additional Companies - Including Smes - The Opportunity To Submit Offers.
