The Subject Of The Procedure And Order Is To Select A Contractor For The Supply Of A Modular Measurement Platform For Raman Imaging (Rs) And Infrared Imaging (Ir) In Connection With The Project Titled Creation Of The Biomedical Application Spectroscopy Laboratory (Lbsa) As Part Of The Modernization And Expansion Of The Kraków-Prokocim Medical Campus Under The European Funds For Małopolska 2021-2027 Program, Priority 1 European Funds For Research And Development And Entrepreneurship, Measure 1.4 Research Infrastructure Of The Science Sector, Project Type A. Research Infrastructure Of The Science Sector. Contract Number: Femp.01.04-Iz.00-0269/24-00-Xxi/57/Fe/25. 2. Pursuant To Art. 257 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Invalidating The Proceedings In Question If The Public Funds That The Ordering Party Intended To Use To Finance The Contract Were Not Granted To It. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Specifying The Functions, Technical Parameters And Required Conditions Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex A To The Swz, I.E. Functions, Technical Parameters And Required Conditions, Which Is An Integral Part Of The Swz. The Ordering Party Requires That All Elements Proposed By The Contractor Are Compatible With Each Other And Ensure Full Functionality Without The Need For Additional Investments On The Part Of The Ordering Party. This Description Should Be Read Together With Any Changes To The Content Of The Swz, E.G. Resulting From The Answers Given To The Contractors Questions. 4. Together With The Offer, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit: 4.1. Certificates Of Conformity Or Declarations Of Conformity In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, I.E. The Act Of August 30, 2002. On The Conformity Assessment System (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws 2023, Item 215), Confirming The Ce Marking Or Other Equivalent Documents Or Statements, Or Documents Confirming The Commencement Of The Certification Procedure. In The Event Of An Unfinished Certification Procedure, The Certificate Of Conformity Or Declaration Of Conformity Must Be Provided At The Latest With Delivery. The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of The Above-Mentioned Documents In English. The Contractor Must Demonstrate The Equivalence Of The Documents Presented In The Content Of The Offer. Lack Of The Required Confirmation Of Equivalence Or Failure To Demonstrate Equivalence In The Contractors Offer Will Constitute Non-Compliance Of The Content Of The Offer With The Terms Of The Order, 4.2. Documents Indicating That Actions Have Been Taken To Protect The Environment, E.G. Documents Confirming Compliance With The Provisions Of The Rohs Directive Or The Weee Directive (These Documents May Constitute The Above-Mentioned Certificate Of Conformity Or Declaration Of Conformity Containing References To The Mentioned Directives), Iso 14001 Certificate, Tco Certificate.
