The Purpose Of This Consultation Is The Renovation Work On The Facades Of The 1,095 Housing Units Of The Les Hautes-Noues Residence, Located In Villiers Sur Marne 94350 - Résidences A To H. In Accordance With Article R2124-3-4° Of The Public Procurement Code, The Contract Will Be Awarded According To The Competitive Procedure With Negotiation Because It Cannot Be Awarded Without Prior Negotiation Due To Particular Circumstances Linked To Its Complexity: - Work Carried Out In An Occupied Environment Requires All By Ensuring Continuity Of Services To Tenants, - Intervention Capabilities In The Presence Of Asbestos And Lead Materials. The Contract Is A Mixed Contract Comprising A Fixed Price Part And A Unit Price Part Handled By Purchase Orders. The Services Of The Unit Price Part Will Concern In Particular The Services Relating To Thermal Improvement Work In Housing (Change Of Joinery, Landing Doors, Insulation, Etc.). The Maximum Amount Of The Purchase Order Portion Is 400,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax Over The Entire Duration Of The Contract.
